2025 Scrumptious Chef New Orleans Gumbo Pop Up at Tamale House in Austin, Texas

New Orleans-based RL Reeves Jr aka Scrumptious Chef travels to Austin, Texas from southeast Louisiana for the 15th annual edition of his New Orleans Gumbo Pop Up.”

There will be roasted duck gumbo, crawfish etouffee, shrimp fondeaux, bread pudding with rum sauce and a tightly curated list of New Orleans cocktails including frozen daiquiris.

Gypsy jazz band Scrapelli will be performing on the Tamale House stage for the event.
