The most vibrant, lively and flat-busy restaurant and nightlife scene in New Orleans is being shut down by the city. The St. Claude corridor along the neutral ground features a few dozen ad hoc bars and mobile food vendors throwing raucous parties for hundreds of people on a nearly nightly basis.
