Sunday October 15th, 2023 at 1pm their annual parade will launch from old-school barroom Sportsman’s Corner, 2433 Dryades St.

The story of the 2023 Prince of Wales second line is the performance by Stooges Brass Band. I’ve seen this group hundreds of times over the decades but I’ve never seen them reach this level. Prince of Wales Social Aid and Pleasure Club was founded in 1928. By my estimation that makes the organization the second oldest in New Orleans behind Young Men Olympian.

Sunday October 8th, 2023 at 1pm their annual parade will take place in Uptown New Orleans.
