A fried shrimp po boy from Singleton’s Mini Mart
Over the last decade I have eaten at nearly 200 restaurants, gas stations, cafes and corner stores on my quest to find the best po boys in greater New Orleans. I recently began filming videos to further detail this project. I hope you enjoy these short documentary films.
